Coral Strand Hotel

The Coral Strand Hotel is on one of the most beautiful beaches on Mahé. The long beach is ideal for swimming, because of the sandy sea-bed (without coral). Ideal for active guests, with a variety of entertainment and sports available.

The hotel has 110 standard rooms, 20 family rooms and 10 superior (Duplex) rooms. All rooms have bath/WC, air conditioning, mini bar, telephone, radio, safe and balcony. Freshwater swimming pool within the garden area, with separate children’s pool (the pool area was renovated in 2007). The premises have a very good Indian restaurant, a pool-side bistro, a pizzeria and a piano bar. Further facilities: TV Lounge and a fashion boutique.

Breakfast or half-board.

The hotel has its own diving school (PADI diving centre). The diving teachers speak various languages. Excellent sports facilities: windsurfing, kayaks, sailing (HobbyCat) and snorkeling. Diving possible, with an extra charge.

The facilities are very good and there is also regularly an evening entertainment program. There are also other sports options nearby which might not be available at the hotel.
